We've been hearing the call for cute, vintage book related holiday ornaments and we've responded! The result is a festive 2.25 inch round, 2-sided button style ornament that instantly adds a dash of color to any tree. Even better, these little cuties are more than just a holiday decoration; that's because one half of the ornament is an actual storybook magnet!
The way it works is this: One half (the storybook art) has a magnet back and the other half is flat with a red, green or silver ribbon permanently attached. This half features colorful, holiday inspired papers. The two halves lock together in magnetic harmony to hang dutifully on any tree, but when the holiday is over, simply pull them apart and use the cute storybook side as a decorative magnet all year long!
If you'd like to carry these in your shop for the holidays, email us! We'd love to make some just for you.
Also NEW to our line-up, 2 new necklace motifs! We've been selling them like hotcakes at art shows this summer and just debuted them for wholesale just weeks ago at the NYIGF.
Everyone knows that buntings are big right now, as is being 'green' so we've combined the two and created our most popular necklace design yet. We call it the Bunting Necklace. Like our other styles, we use actual book covers - this time punched into semi-circles. Each trio of patterns hangs from an 18 inch silver plated chain with a toggle clasp closure. We think they're pretty! We hope you will, too.
The second style we're introducing is definitely more of a statement necklace. It's the Half Moon style. As you can see, the design elements of this necklace are also punched from actual book covers. Sometimes the pattern will be in the front and sometimes the pattern will be in the back. Both ways are equally striking. These are also approximately 18 inches. The chain is a thicker but lighter-weight chain (not plated).
If you would like to carry any of our new jewelry designs, just email us.
We also have a new online wholesale order form! If you are on our mailing list we've just sent you a link to it. Want to be on our mailing list? Email us and we'll add you!

We are in Motion!
We've been super busy these past few weeks getting ready for our big move! Not quite as big as last time, where we left the uber-land-locked midwest for the way less land-locked New Jersey, but just as exciting!
We literally moved just 5 miles down the road, but we're happy to say that we are now (once again) shacking up with our work-stuff! Our basement studio is now in our very own basement, not the in-laws!
We're rocking and rolling to get everything back up and running. This means we're adding TONS of new books to our library, so please check it out! We'd love to make any of these fine specimens into journals just for you!

Buyers Market of American Craft
We are really excited to be exhibiting at the Buyers Market of American Craft this weekend in historic Philadelphia.
This is just our second wholesale show ever and so far it has been a blast meeting and talking with buyers from all over the US!
We've decided that we are no longer going to maintain our Etsy shop so that we can better serve our wholesale customers. We will still be doing all of our favorite craft/retail shows, however, so never fear! And we are working hard to bring our products to amazing shops throughout the US, so please feel free to recommend your favorite shops to us and be sure to check back here early next week as we will be updating our website to help you locate our journals, jewelry and more in a town near you!

Happy 11
Happy New Year, everybody! We are finally rested up from the holiday madness that we brought upon ourselves. If you came out to any of our shows this winter - THANK YOU! It was great meeting everyone, hearing your favorite book-related memories and selling you our stuff.
Our webshop is slowly coming back from its hibernation, too. We're listing all of the books that were left over from the shows - so maybe (just maybe!) if there was something you'd wished you'd grabbed - you will have a second chance. It does look like we got pretty well picked over, though since the beginning of December!
Don't forget, be our Friend on Facebook for all the latest news.

One of a Kind Show!
We are in one of our most favorite cities this week (Chicago!) for the One of a Kind Show at the insanely massive Merchandise Mart. Please come and visit us. We're in booth # 3029. We're pretty close to the hot pink cafe and coat check.
Look! Here's an actual picture of our booth! If you see something you like RUSH on out. This show is crazy busy.
You might notice that our web shop is down right now while we are at the show. That's because we have EVERYTHING with us! Sorry about that, all you online holiday shoppers. We'll be back soon.

What are you doing for the next 80 weeks?
What are you doing for the next 80 weeks? Whatever it is, memorialize it with one of our super cute Weekly Planners, why don't ya?
We take the ever-popular Little Golden Books and turn them into fun 4x6 sized weekly planners. Each book is packed with approximately 80 pages of undated weeks AND to-do lists. In keeping with our eco-friendliness, the pages are printed with soy-based inks on recycled content paper stock and of course, bound with our recycled carbon-steel binding wire.
The pages are undated, so you start your planner any time, and if you need a break from all the madness, take some time off. Your undated pages will be waiting for you when you are ready.
And let's just say that you aren't much of a planner person. Why not use this cute little tome as a micro-journal? At the end of the day, just put in a sentence or two about your action-packed adventures. It takes some of the pressure off of writing AMAZING, in-depth memoirs, but will definitely still keep tabs on when exactly it was that you tried sushi for the first time or met that Britney Spears impersonator that turned out to be your chemistry teacher.
